Tiers and retention
There is no separate e-volv Berserker plan yet. Every workspace with Berserker switched on gets the free tier; a workspace on e-volv Observer’s paid tier or on Studio gets the included tier with nothing to add.

What counts as an agent span
Every span carrying a GenAI operation name (invoke_agent, chat, execute_tool, embeddings) counts once. The count is rebuilt hourly and shown on the Usage page against the allowance.
Past the allowance
The rollup stops producing new runs for the rest of the month. The spans themselves are still stored, and the run pages catch up on the first of the next month. Nothing is blocked at the source, because an outside agent cannot be.
Retention
Runs and their eval scores are kept for the tier’s retention, then removed.
Upgrading
Adding e-volv Observer or moving to Studio switches the workspace to the included tier within a minute; see pricing.
