What counts as a token?

Tokens are consumed by agent runs and embedding operations. Each workspace configures its own token budget with hard and warning thresholds, there is no fixed per-plan monthly allowance.

Do I need my own LLM API key to start?

No. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of agent runs on our own models, so you can install a playbook and see it work before signing up with a model provider. Starter includes 20 runs a month, e-volv Pro 200, and Studio 1,000.

Can I use my own LLM API keys?

Yes, on any plan including Starter. Register a model with your own provider credentials and the included-run allowance no longer applies, you pay your provider directly for tokens, and there is no monthly cap on AI runs from us.

Is there a free trial?

e-volv Pro includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is authorized at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Studio and e-volv Observer are billed immediately.

What happens if I exceed my token budget?

You can set hard and warning thresholds. Hard limits block new agent runs until the next billing cycle or a budget increase.

How is Studio billed?

Studio is $300 per client workspace per month, not per user, or $3,300 per workspace per year, which saves about 8%. You choose how many workspaces at checkout and can change that count at any time in Stripe; adding one is a billing action, so creating a workspace never charges you by surprise. You can still create a workspace beyond the count you pay for: it starts on Free until you add it to your subscription. Seats are unlimited: the whole agency can work in every client workspace at no extra cost. Studio includes e-volv Observer for every member of every client workspace.

How are my clients kept separate on Studio?

Each client gets their own workspace, and a workspace is the isolation boundary in e-volv: members, connected repositories, encrypted secrets, agents, executions and audit history all belong to exactly one workspace and are never visible from another. Someone invited to one client workspace sees nothing of the others.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, on e-volv Pro, Studio and e-volv Observer. Pro is $300 per user per year against $348 paid monthly, Studio is $3,300 per workspace per year against $3,600, and e-volv Observer is $300 per user per year against $360. Switch the toggle above the plans to see annual pricing. You can move between monthly and yearly at any time and Stripe prorates the difference.

What is e-volv Observer, and who gets it?

e-volv Observer is e-volv's log and trace product: SDK and OTLP capture, search with a query language, dashboards, error groups, and incident root-cause analysis with an AI explanation. It is $30 per user per month ($300 per user per year, two months free), covers one workspace and is billed for that workspace's members, has no free version, and can be bought on its own or alongside e-volv Pro. Your other workspaces do not share it: buy it again for another workspace, or move it between your workspaces from Settings, Billing. Studio includes it for every member of every client workspace, there is no separate e-volv Observer charge for Studio customers.

Is there a free way to try e-volv Berserker?

Yes. Every workspace gets e-volv Berserker, agent observability and evals, free: 50,000 agent spans a month with 14 days of retention, covering runs, sessions, cost, one dataset, manual experiments and prompts. Online evals and the review queue need e-volv Observer on its paid tier or Studio, which include e-volv Berserker with 1,000,000 agent spans a month and 30 days of retention. There is no separate e-volv Berserker plan.

What are the e-volv Launch (feature flag) limits?

Each plan includes a number of Launch projects, environments per project, live flags per project, segments per project, and streaming SDK connections. Starter: 1 project, 1 environment, 10 live flags, 3 segments, 5 connections. e-volv Pro: 5 projects, 3 environments, 100 live flags, 25 segments, 50 connections. Studio: unlimited projects, environments, flags and segments, and 1,000 connections. A flag only counts against the live-flag limit while it is live, archiving it frees the slot back up. Flag exposures (which user saw which variant) are stored up to 5 GB a month on Starter and 25 GB on e-volv Pro and Studio; past that new exposures are not recorded, and flags keep working. Flag evaluations are never metered or billed on any plan.
