What counts as a token?
Tokens are consumed by agent runs and embedding operations. Each workspace configures its own token budget with hard and warning thresholds — there is no fixed per-plan monthly allowance.
Do I need my own LLM API key to start?
No. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of agent runs on our own models, so you can install a playbook and see it work before signing up with a model provider. Starter includes 20 runs a month, Evolve Pro 200, and the bundle 1,000.
Can I use my own LLM API keys?
Yes, on any plan including Starter. Register a model with your own provider credentials and the included-run allowance no longer applies — you pay your provider directly for tokens, and there is no monthly cap on AI runs from us.
Is there a free trial?
Evolve Pro includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is authorized at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Studio is billed immediately. Jacker Pro and the bundle are not on sale yet, so there is nothing to trial there.
What happens if I exceed my token budget?
You can set hard and warning thresholds. Hard limits block new agent runs until the next billing cycle or a budget increase.
How is Studio billed?
Studio is $199 per client workspace per month, not per user — or $2,200 per workspace per year, which saves about 8%. You choose how many workspaces at checkout and can change that count at any time in Stripe; adding one is a billing action, so creating a workspace never charges you by surprise. Seats are unlimited: the whole agency can work in every client workspace at no extra cost.
How are my clients kept separate on Studio?
Each client gets their own workspace, and a workspace is the isolation boundary in Evolve: members, connected repositories, encrypted secrets, agents, executions and audit history all belong to exactly one workspace and are never visible from another. Someone invited to one client workspace sees nothing of the others.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, on Evolve Pro and Studio. Pro is $300 per user per year against $348 paid monthly, and Studio is $2,200 per workspace per year against $2,388. Switch the toggle above the plans to see annual pricing. You can move between monthly and yearly at any time and Stripe prorates the difference.
When is Jacker available?
Jacker Pro and the Evolve + Jacker bundle are not on sale yet. Both are listed so you can see where the platform is going, but you cannot be charged for either today — Evolve Pro and Studio are the plans you can buy right now.
