Alert on the metric, not the log line

Write a rule as a sentence ("success rate below 90% over 24h for Code Review"), and it is evaluated on a schedule against the analytics KPIs. Send a test to prove the wiring before it matters. The same numbers are exposed in Prometheus text format so Grafana, Datadog, or any scraper can chart e-volv next to everything else.
